How to Order
There are 2 ways in which you can order the products you are interested in:
1. Call or SMS to 012-2566073 / 012-2566129 / 012-2566130
2. Send us an email with your order details to jr.wardrobe@gmail.com
When ordering:
(i) Each product has a serial number for our referencing. You may use this reference number to place your order.
(ii) For products which are available in more than one colour, please include your preferred colour.
(iii) Please state the quantity of each item you want.
(iv) Please remember to include your name, delivery address and contact no.
(v) Please state preferred method of delivery. Refer to the delivery section below for more details.
For both methods of ordering, a confirmation SMS will be sent to you in within 2 days, stating the total cost as well.
Payment
All prices are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit.
Payment can be made either to Bank Giro Transfer at these banks :
Maybank 
CIMB Bank
OR
Cash on delivery.
Delivery
For orders in Klang Valley, you may arrange to pick up your purchase or have your purchase posted* to you. Delivery via- post can be arranged to the whole of Peninsular Malaysia. Please indicate your preference when ordering.
* Please note that postage charges will apply and please include your address when placing your order.
Postage charges are as below :
East Malaysia : RM8
West Malaysia : RM12
Terms and Conditions
Refunds and exchanges
For defective items or an error in delivery, an exchange will only be accepted with the following conditions:
(i) You must inform us within 3 days from date of receipt to arrange for an exchange.
(ii)The item must be returned in its original packaging and not used.
(iii)Buyer must bear the cost for every postage.
Cancellations of orders
Cancellations of orders are not allowed once a confirmation SMS has been sent. Cancelling of orders will incur a RM5 charge per product.
